Tobogganing Etiquette

Tobogganing Etiquette

We all know it's exciting to get out there and hit the hills, but there are 3 key things everyone should keep in mind while tobogganing in today's world.

1. Walk on the side of the track

This one should be pretty obvious for some, but you'd be surprised how many times I've been out there shredding up some sweet toboggan hills only to see some dope walking back up the hill right in the middle of the sled path! This is a definite Toboggan Taboo. Keep to the side of the path and out of the way of everyone riding down the hill. As we all know toboggans don't have breaks so if you get in the way of their path someone could easily get hurt.

2. Dress for the weather

Temperatures can drop quickly if you're tobogganing late into the evening. Make sure you have a proper snow suit to handle anything winter throws at you! We all know you look great in those skinny jeans but they're nothing compared to a solid set of snowpants. No one likes having to stop tobogganing just because it's too cold! Might I suggest a pair of our Sweet Winters gloves from our Normies Collection?

3. Have Fun

That's why we're all here isn't it? Get out there and have fun. Don't take tobogganing too seriously otherwise it loses all of it's charm. Remember, tobogganing is for everybody.
